Monografia (especialização) - Universidade Federal de Santa Maria, Centro de Educação, Curso de Especialização em Gestão Educacional, EaD, RS, 2018. ; In the present monographic work, we seek to understand if the continuous training in service developed by the Municipal Secretariat of Education of Três Passos - RS has contributed to the improvement of the pedagogical practice of the teachers who work in the Municipal Schools of Education of Infantile Education. To this end, we seek to know the process of implementation and consolidation of the Proposed Continuing Education in Service in the Municipal School of Education in Três Passos - RS, verifying beyond normatizations, actions, looks and eavesdropping. Our research is linked to the Specialization Course in Educational Management, permeated by the concepts of Educational Management and Continuing Education and is articulated to a Case Study, carried out in the bibliographic research and in the collection of data from field research through a questionnaire and semi structured interview. In order to base the concepts worked on, we base ourselves on authors such as Silva and Frade (1997), Santos (2007), Canário (2006), Lück (2006), Falsarella (2004) and Horn (2014) and as legal protection, documents such as LDB 9494/96, PNE 2014-2024 and the Career Plan (Municipal Law 4,426 of 2010). We can conclude that the Continued Training in service organized by the Municipal Secretariat of Education of Três Passos - RS, has been contributing to the development of the teaching and learning process of the teachers who work in the Early Education Childhood Schools, allowing an important space for reflection about the teaching practice, for the improvement of pedagogical practices, for the strengthening of the group and for the effective implementation of the Democratic School Management process. ; No presente trabalho monográfico buscamos compreender se a formação continuada em serviço desenvolvida pela Secretaria Municipal de Educação de Três Passos – RS tem contribuído para ...
