نبذة مختصرة : In the current business environment, it is relevant to analyze aspects of human capital management, mainly because organizations achieve their goals and results through their employees. Organizations with a poor organizational climate are likely to present difficulties related to the job satisfaction of their employees. The objective of this research work was: To analyze the organizational climate and its impact on the job satisfaction of the staff of the Faculty of Agricultural Engineering, Technical University of Manabí, Portoviejo Canton, Manabí Province. The type of research was field with a non-experimental design, with a quantitative approach. Taking into consideration that, for data collection, a survey was applied where the population was made up of personnel from the Faculty of Agricultural Engineering of the Technical University of Manabí, located in the Lodana parish of the Santa Ana canton, made up of by 17 teachers, 3 administrative employees and 6 workers, for the sample it was considered all the staff (26 people) to whom the instrument (survey) was applied, on a Likert scale, which was previously processed for its validity. ; En el entorno empresarial actual, es relevante analizar aspectos en la gestión de capital humano, fundamentalmente porque las organizaciones logran sus objetivos y resultados por medio de sus empleados.
