نبذة مختصرة : Die Digitalisierung nimmt auf allen Ebenen zu und so können und wollen wir Smartphones oder Tablets nicht mehr aus unserem Leben verbannen und das gilt letztendlich auch für den Bildungsdiskurs. Im Beitrag wird darauf eingegangen, ob und wie Smartphones im DaF-Unterricht in Slowenien vertreten sind, was für bzw. gegen ihren Einsatz spricht, unter welchen Umständen dieser sinnvoll ist usw. Es werden illustrativ einige Apps und Programme vorgestellt und auf Pro- und Contra-Argumente für ihren Einsatz hin untersucht, ehe abschließend ein Fazit gezogen wird. ; Digitization is increasing at all levels, therefore we cannot and do not want to ban smartphones or tablets from our lives anymore, and that should apply to the educational discourse as well. The article examines whether and how smartphones are present in the learning process of German as a foreign language in Slovenian schools, what pros and cons of their use should be mentioned, under what circumstances their use makes sense, etc. Illustratively, some apps and programs are mentioned and some pro and contra arguments for their use are discussed before a final conclusion is drawn.
