      The migration of Venezuelans to Brazil has been constant in recent years and it has reflected in educational indicators in the northern region of Brazil. In order to develop a panorama with various information from Venezuelan students enrolled in the northern region of the country, a literature review was carried out to understand the migratory context in Brazil and the situation in Venezuela in recent years, which culminated in the rise of immigration to states such as Roraima and Amazonas. Legislation documents governing migration in the country were also used to understand the treatment that Brazilian law has with immigrants. For calculating the indicators, data from the Basic Education School Census collected by the National Institute of Educational Studies and Research Anísio Teixeira (Inep) were used. With the panorama, it was possible to identify which places had the most enrollments of Venezuelan students, teaching stages in which they are most concentrated and the profile of the students. Such information serves as a basis to indicate the need to formulate a public policy for the education of foreigners that alleviates and resolves the various difficulties faced by these students, many of them related to learning. ; A migração de venezuelanos para o Brasil tem sido constante nos últimos anos e tem refletido bastante nos indicadores educacionais da região norte do Brasil. Com o intuito de elaborar um panorama com diversas informações de alunos venezuelanos matriculados na região norte do país, foi realizada uma revisão na literatura para se entender o contexto migratório no Brasil e a situação da Venezuela nos últimos anos que culminou na alta da imigração para estados como Roraima e Amazonas. Documentos da legislação que regem a migração no país também foram utilizados para se entender o tratamento que a lei brasileira tem com os imigrantes.
