نبذة مختصرة : Technostress, that is the stress experienced by individual when using Information and Communication Technologies, is a phenomena that has been widely studied in the field of Information System research. With the fourth industrial revolution and the corporate world being heavily dependent on Artificial intelligence technologies in their daily processes, employees have been experiencing concerns and work pressure causing them to feel highly stressed and affecting their performance. This paper aims to study the different elements of technostress (techno-overload, techno-invasion, techno-complexity, techno-insecurity and techno-uncertainty) that employees face and how do external factors such as performance expectancy and technology acceptance levels influence their technostress levels to help organizations management develop the right strategies and trainings for their employees. The methodology used in this paper was the quantitative approach using a questionnaire distributed among employees in different Al-driven companies. The data was collected from 60 participants and analysed using SPSS software. Results showed that technology acceptance and performance expectancy have different influence on different techno-stress elements and indicated a relationship between the independent variables as well. This opens the path for future research to investigate more deeply on these relationships and establish the right management style for different experienced stress.
