As funções psicológicas superiores e a motivação no estudo das informações nutricionais ; The superior psychological functions and motivation in the study of nutritional information

Acompanha: Jogo Nutri Saber: informações nutricionais. ; This dissertation presentes a research based on the development of the educational product called: “Nutri Saber” game, used as a didactic tool in the study of the componentes of nutritional information on food product labels, by students of the third semestre of the Tchnical Course in Nutrition and Dietetics of a state college in the north of Paraná. As a research, we tried to study how the use of the game can fvor the mobilization of the FPS (Higher Psychological Functions) and Motivation, based on Vygotsky’s assumptions on the subject. The results of this study were obtained quantitatively in the first place and, later, deepened by qualitative research. It covered na audience of 30 youg and adult students from that technical course, containing the following steps: diagnostic evaluation, development and application of the game, evaluation and interview. The main results include the aprova of the didactic game by the students, the practical verification of signs of mobilization of the FPS and Motivation from the application of the game, in addition to the intrinsic relationship betwee the FPS and the Motivation identified by the emerging categories. Thus, it was inferred, from the results presented, that such mobilizations collaborate for a better understanding of the contente covered in a didactic game. ; Esta dissertação apresenta uma pesquisa a partir do desenvolvimento do produto educacional denominado: jogo “Nutri Saber”, utilizado como ferramenta didática no estudo dos componentes das informações nutricionais de rótulos de produtos alimentícios, por alunos do terceiro semestre do Curso Técnico em Nutrição e Dietética de um colégio estadual do norte do Paraná.
