Olhar poético: poesia e educação estética em Adélia Prado

A reflection on the formative and humanizing function of literature, specifically the poetry of Adélia Prado are developed in this work. It seeks to understand how Adélia's poetic contributions influence the cultural formation process of an individual, the research is based on this question and aiming at the formative character of poetry, whose objective is to understand the condition and provoke reflections essential to our life. In a society marked by so many contradictions, dwelling on the meaning of life may sound extemporaneous, but there is a collective ethical dimension, implicated in the way each being human seeks to move their existence in the best possible way, to improve life in society. Adélia Prado's poetics offers a front breath to the impoverishment of ideas as the driving force of cultural life in the contemporary world. Therefore, this research argues that the task of education consists, in addition to the technical-scientific dimension, also in human formation. Adélia Prado's poetics presents the perception of a singular and vivid everyday life, full of meanings that transcend the impoverished reality of sensitivity. Given the objectives outlined, this research assumes theoretical-methodological procedure the bibliographic research for being able to allow the choice of works that permeate academic papers and underpin our argumentation. It also explores documentary research, as we stick to the work Poetry Reunited by Adélia Prado that brings together all the poetry of the poet.
