نبذة مختصرة : The article is devoted to the problem of finding new approaches to solving the objective task – ensuring the effective reproduction of the subjectivity of a person and a group in war and post-war times. Subjectivity is seen as a condition for effective resistance to challenges and threats to human life and health, which are brought not only by direct military actions, but also by the media, which are able to weaken the personal and joint potential of opposing the enemy. The increased responsibility of the media in promoting the psychological stability of a person, his ability to counteract enemy disinformation and understanding the contexts and limitations of the military information field is emphasized. Today’s situation is analyzed as a time of not only incredibly high threats, but also at the same time opportunities that, in order to win, must be turned into a result. The opinion that such a result should be a mass practice of reflection is expressed. The importance of socio-cultural technologies and their direction to bring the person and group to the zone of immediate development for overcoming the crisis of limitation of cognitive, personal and communication resources in the situation of war and the post-war period is substantiated. The model for reasoning is the image of the construction of an integrated course “Media and socio-cultural technologies” for master’s students under the educational and professional program “Practical Psychology” as part of the training of a psychologist, including for the education system, to perform professional activities, corresponding to the level of modern challenges both social, socio-cultural and socio-technological nature. The content module of the program is outlined.
