The Indian, nineteen fifteen Alumni - Continued This is an extract from "Trex.'s" letter: "As for a history of my own life, I am too modest to outline it. Future generations shall have that burden. At present I am assistant professor of economic history in this institution (University of Montana). I received my bachelor’s degree at Bellevue with others of the 'great and only' class of '06, and my doctor's at Johns Hopkins in 1914. * * * As for my photograph - as I grow old I grow still less good-looking, and it is hypocrisy to send a picture of early years." J.E. Shelledy writes this: "Graduated from the College of Dentistry of the State University of Iowa in 1909. Practiced dentistry at Milford, Iowa, since that time. Too modest to dwell at length on my enormous political and social achievements. How- ever, will mention that I sing very, very deep bass in the church choir, and am high lord chancellor of the Wiener Wurst Club; the idol of my wife and two boys, and the professional dread of everybody else in town."
