نبذة مختصرة : The present survey was conducted during the 2021/22 school year with the collaboration of Abruzzo Regional School Office (USR) and involves 200 teachers in service at schools of all orders and grades in the Abruzzo Region. The survey, carried out through a structured questionnaire, aims to gather the experience of teachers about: the use of technology in teaching before and after the Covid 19 emergency; the choice of teaching and design methods that see the combination of technologies and classroom management in presence; the main skills developed during their professional and training experience (didactic, organisational-managerial, communicative and relational, self-reflectivity, and evaluation). The Questionnaire had two main goals: the first was to monitor teachers self-efficacy in the areas explored in relation to the new conditions in which they had to, and probably will have to, operateas a result of the Covid-19 emergency; the second was to identify the school's response to the period of criticality just mentioned. The results of the survey will also be interpreted to design didactic interventions between the University of L'Aquila and USR Abruzzo, referring to the initial and in-service training of the teaching staff. This training, recently subject to reform (D.L. 36 of 30/04/22) is always of fundamental importance to organize learning contexts and generate knowledge in learners (National Academy of Sciences, 2018). ; Lo studio proposto – realizzato durante l’anno scolastico 2021/22, in collaborazione con l’ufficio scolastico regionale USR Abruzzo – ha visto la partecipazione di 200 docenti in servizio presso le scuole di tutti gli ordini e gradi della Regione.
