Este estudo tem por escopo tratar do seguinte tema: A relevância na utilização da preleção e do primeiro contato do Oficial Coordenador do Policiamento da Unidade Policial Militar visando à excelência dos serviços prestados pela Polícia Militar do Paraná. A principal atividade da Polícia Militar do Paraná na aplicação de sua atividade-fim, que é o policiamento preventivo ostensivo fardado, exige alto grau de adestramento da tropa, exigindo exímio preparo físico, intelectual e moral. Estas últimas advêm de constante preparo técnico e jurídico. Não obstante ao esforço da corporação na realização de cursos de capacitação e atualização, faz-se necessária a adoção de medidas, por parte das unidades policiais militares, que possibilitem ao militar estadual memorar os principais conceitos técnicos, em virtude do extenso rol de assuntos relativos à atividade supracitada. Em virtude da especificidade de cada organização policial militar, cabe ao Oficial Coordenador do Policiamento da Unidade, sob a orientação e controle da Seção de Estado-Maior correspondente , disseminar à tropa os conteúdos e assuntos essenciais, visando a excelência dos serviços prestados pela instituição. ; The scope of this study is to address the following theme: The relevance of the use of the lecture and the first contact of the Coordinating Officer of Policing of the Military Police Unit aiming at the excellence of the services provided by the Military Police of Paraná.
