L’article ofereix el retrat intel·lectual del qui ha estat el referent en llengua castellana durant els darrers cinquanta anys de l’estudi del fet religiós i de la fenomenologia de l’experiència religiosa i mística. A través de la seva obra es recorren els grans trets de la seva vida i del seu treball a través de tres perspectives: les aportacions en l’àmbit del pensament sobre el fet religiós, les anàlisis sobre la realitat contemporània davant el fet religiós i el testimoni com a creient i mestre. ; The article offers an intellectual portrait of who has been the reference in the Spanish language during the last fifty years of the study of the religious fact and the phenomenology of the religious and mystical experience. The main features of his life and of his work are explored through three perspectives: his contributions in the field of thought on the religious fact, his analyses on the contemporary reality before the religious fact and his testimony as a believer and master. ; El artículo ofrece el retrato intelectual de quien ha sido el referente en lengua castellana durante los últimos cincuenta años del estudio del hecho religioso y de la fenomenología de la experiencia religiosa y mística.
