Primär sollen in der architektonische Gestaltung, die kulturellen Aspekte des Staates, sowie die tschechische Tradition für den europäischen und internationalen Kontext wiedergespiegelt werden. Die visuelle Planung der Botschaft soll den Zweck haben, Ausländerinnen Basisinformationen über die Geschichte, sowie die Wirtschaft von Tschechien geben. Die Botschaft soll in seiner Gestaltung und Form, das Ansehen und den Stellenwert von Tschechien darstellen. Die günstige Lage der Botschaft ist dadurch gegeben, dass die Umgebung und Bedingungen des Standortes optimal gewählt wurden. All diese Faktoren für die Gestaltung und Erbauung der neuen Botschaft bieten einen vorteilhaften Zweck. Die architektonische Lösung muss so gewählt werden, dass die Sicherheit und wirtschaftlichen Anforderungen, sowie Nutzerfreundlichkeit gegeben sind. ; Design concept level The Czech Embassy complex in Addis Ababa will be a business card of the Czech Republic. Its mission will be primarily to express the cultural level of the state and the traditons of Czech architecture within the European and the world context of cultural heritage. It will be a place where foreigners can learn basic information about the history of the Czech Republic, culture and economy. In its own form and content, the embassy complex should express an adequate level of state representation, reflect the genius loci (the environment and the conditons of the site), all this together with meeting at the same time the requirement for functonality and purposefulness. The architectural solution must also comply with basic safety, economic and, above all, user and operational requirements. ; 141
