      The present dissertation was developed within the scope of the Professional Master’s in Education Management and Evaluation (PPGP) from the Center for Public Policy and Education Evaluation at the Federal University of Juiz de Fora (CAEd/UFJF). This study focuses on the use of digital technologies present at the State School Professora Heloísa Passos, in Pirapora-MG. In this context, the general objective of this piece of research is to analyze the use of Digital Technologies of Information and Communication (TDIC) by the teachers of the State School Professora Heloísa Passos. Specific objectives were defined: (i) to describe the scenario involving the use of TDIC by teachers; (ii) to identify possible difficulties and opportunities in the TDIC use by teachers; (iii) to identify the most used digital resources; and (iv) to identify the possibilities of didactic, political and pedagogical interventions that school management can carry out to favor the use of TDIC in the school. The research question is related to enabling an understanding of the use of technological resources and digital tools in the classroom to answer: how are digital technologies present at school through teachers? Therefore, the methodology used in this work has a qualitative approach in a case study, developed using field research at the school in question. In an attempt to answer the research question, we used questionnaires and semi-structured interviews in the data collection phase with the sample of 21 teachers. The study is also based on researchers about the use of TDIC in education and educational management of Brazilian schools. The content analysis was subdivided into two axes and revealed that there is a demand for practical training of the workshop type or other types of interactive events, which allow the experimentation of digital technologies by teachers, to allow familiarization with these tools.
