      The article focuses on the formation of a common and updated scientific thought on the principles for the employees’ labour rights implementation in Ukraine. The author clarifies the general socio-legal importance of the principles for the implementation of the employee’s labor rights, as a basis that introduces a certain normative order into the corresponding socially useful activity of the employee from objectification to the practical validity of labor legislation norms, without implying that the employee abuses his rights and the employer abuses in ensuring the implementation of employee’s labor rights. The concept of “principles for the employees’ labour rights implementation” is revealed as fundamental, universal and systemic foundations, general legal and special industry guiding ideas of Ukrainian labour law, which determine the essence of the labor rights system and their implementation, can be normatively enshrined by international laws and regulations, national legislation, acts of local legal regulation, or exist outside of them, while determining the content, trends of labour rights development, ensure their proper practical application in the field of labor relations in our state. Considering the range of lists and classifications of the labour law principles set forth in the scientific legal literature, the author comes to the conclusion that the fundamental ideas under study are divided into two groups of principles: general legal principles for the implementation of employees’ labor rights (principles of the rule of law, humanism, equality, legality); special industry principles for the realization of the employees’ labor rights (principles of free choice of labor activity, certainty of the labor function, remuneration of labor activity, provision of opportunities for recreation, etc.) The findings summarize the results of the study, it is noted that the implementation of labor rights of workers in today’s Ukraine is a particularly important process given the significant changes in the nature of ...
