To continue the advances already achieved, public works focused on transport are an important step towards the continuous development of cities. This evolution is directly linked to the way public transport users are treated. Given the knowledge of the growth of the elderly population in the not-too-distant future, improvements made by public transport administrators by bus in cities should be evaluated by this portion of the people, who have specific demands and different perceptions of other transport system users. . With regard to the elderly, it is possible to emphasize the importance of their perception, as it will benefit the entire population, as future men and women, as they age, will need favorable environments for healthy aging. In order to avoid a massive overload of users on public roads in the future for individual means of transport and by application, the portion of this group that uses transport by bus must have the quality conditions met, at a level that keeps these users using this means of transport. transport avoiding collateral damage to the public system. The general objective of this work is to evaluate the quality of the public transport service by bus according to the perception of the elderly, from one of the public transport lines in the city of São Paulo.
