La presente investigación tiene como objetivo fundamental develar nudos críticos que definen la gestión del conocimiento a objeto de fundamentar una propuesta en esta vía. Se practica un entrecruzamiento entre el estudio documental efectuado para inquirir sobre modelos y procesos que han posibilitado la promoción de esa cultura científica y de una cultura ética en pos de dicha realización científico-tecnológica, abordando el debate planteado sobre las representaciones en torno a la gestión del conocimiento científico y tecnológico y el emprendimiento la cual se triangula con las concepciones y experiencias de los actores del estudio; entre los primeros hallazgos se advierte que es imperativo que las elaboraciones científicas y tecnológicas estén vinculadas a la toma de conciencia y a la responsabilidad ética y social, inscribiéndolas en un marco de construcción interdisciplinaria y de relaciones recíprocas que le den direccionalidad a nuevas formas de gestión científica y tecnológica que incidan en la consolidación de una cultura científica y humana. ; This research’s main purpose is to uncover critical points that define knowledge management in order to substantiate a proposal in this direction. An overlap between documentary study conducted to inquire about models and processes that have enabled the promotion of that scientific culture and an ethical culture in pursuit of the scientific-technological realization management practiced by addressing the debate raised on representations around of scientific and technological knowledge and entrepreneurship which is triangulated with the views and experiences of the actors of the study; among the first findings are warned that it is imperative that scientific and technological elaborations are linked to awareness and ethics and social responsibility, enrolling them in a framework of interdisciplinary construction and interrelationships that give directionality to new forms of scientific management and technology that affect the consolidation of a scientific and human culture. ; 67-77 ; jollyg27@yahoo.es ; Anual
