Impact and Limits of Artificial Intelligence in the Legal Practice ; Impacto y límites de la inteligencia artificial en la práctica jurídica

This article, developed from a perspective of qualitative research based on bibliographical review, finds its primary objective in the study of the impact of artificial intelligence in the field of law, analyzing it from two specific perspectives: firstly, the use of artificial intelligence in the legal practice is studied, focusing on legal analytics and legal heuristics; secondly, the paper addresses the guarantee of legal rights and principles vis-a-vis the use of artificial intelligence tools, in order to establish its relevance within a correct practice and administration of justice. ; Este artículo de carácter jurídico y de investigación, el cual se aborda desde un enfoque cualitativo con revisión bibliográfica, tiene como objetivo primordial estudiar el impacto de la inteligencia artificial en el campo del derecho, analizándolo desde dos perspectivas específicas; en primer lugar, se estudia el uso de la inteligencia artificial en la práctica jurídica, centrándose en el legal analytics y la heurística del derecho; en segundo lugar, se revisa el problema de la garantía de los derechos y principios jurídicos esenciales frente al uso de las herramientas de inteligencia artificial; todo lo anterior, con el fin de establecer su trascendencia dentro de una correcta práctica y administración de justicia.
