      Enzimska sinteza biodizela provedena je u kotlastom reaktoru uz katalizator Amano lipazu podrijetlom iz Burkholderia cepacia pri dva različita pH reakcijske smjese, pH 10,0 i pH 7,0 i temperaturu od 50°C. Udio metilnih estera masnih kiselina u biodizelu kretao se u rasponu od 97,3 do 97,6 %, a udio slobodnog glicerola u rasponu od 0,043 do 0,144 % (m/m). Pročišćavanje biodizela provedeno je konvencionalnim pročišćavanjem uparavanjem, sušenjem i centrifugiranjem, i primjenom membranske ultrafiltracije s ciljem uklanjanja zaostalog glicerola. Nakon konvencionalnog pročišćavanja biodizela udio glicerola je bio ispod razine detekcije u oba uzorka sintetiziranog biodizela. Za pročišćavanje na filtracijskom modulu Amicon Stirred Cell korištene su celulozne i polietersulfonske ultrafiltracijske membrane veličine pora 10 kDa, promjera 44,5 mm uz tlak od 2 do 4 bara, sobnoj temperaturi i temperaturi od 45 °C uz dodatak vode od 0,1 % (m/m) i 0,2 % (m/m). Primjenom celulozne i polietersulfonske ultrafiltracijske membrane u opisanim uvjetima membranske filtracije na modulu Amicon Stirred Cell nije došlo do uspješne filtracije sintetiziranog biodizela. ; The enzymatic synthesis of biodiesel was carried out in a batch bioreactor with an Amano lipase from Burkholderia cepacia at two different pH of the reaction mixture, pH 10,0 and pH 7,0 and a temperature of . 50 ° C.
