نبذة مختصرة : In the article students was tasked with making recommendations to increase motivation among employees of the "Militzer & Münch" company based on the methods of V. I. Gerchikov, as well as S. Richie and P. Martin. The motivational profiles of the empoyees were crafred and was made an analysis of possible forms of incentives depending on the motivation type that was identified by the testing method to identify their incentives for work in the context of their positions. The obtained results made it possible to make recommendations for improvment the personnel motivation system at the M&М and can be recommended to improve the efficiency of company work
