نبذة مختصرة : We spend our academic life questioning and debating with colleagues and friends what makes a good teatcher, sharing the good and bad experiences we had with various teachers, throughout our school career. But what really makes a teacher stand out positively in our memories? When we are faced with the same challenge, do we resort to these tools that have marked us so much? Do we follow the same pattern or do we transform it into an entirely new one, more complete and current? Do we accompany the student to some point of arrival? Do we start working as a teacher prematurely or is it a role that has always been part of us? In this dissertation, the practices of a young teacher are reported, considering all these doubts and many more, which emerged along this journey as an educator. By presenting the progress made in the area of art education in this journal, it is intended to share the experience under influences acquired along this path, which are used when exercising the position as a teacher, along with the new knowledge that was consolidated during the investigation. Illustration is a form of graphic expression that accompanies this entire project, including the illustrated diary. The objective of this study is that, based on ananalys is, made by the readers, who are able to extract from these reports, foundations thatcan help them to form their own identity as pedagogues, in their learning and training in art education, be this formal , not formal or informal. The methodology of the present investigation began with a search of bibliographical references relevant to its development. We opted for an investigation of experience report, whose data emerged from the practicalwork carried out during the pedagogical practice together with the elaboration of multipleartistic exercises. Considering the research hypotheses and the methodological approachused, it was possible to obtain a grounded research report, which can complement or evenhelp in the training of young pedagogues.
