Mexican migration: the national security of the United States and Mexico ; Migración mexicana: la seguridad nacional de Estados Unidos y de México

The present article talks about four items have an approximate nature. It tries to show the global meaning of the Mexican migration issue. Second, it offers the conceptions and different actions of the Mexican migration process to the United States today. The author analyses, in third term, the positive impact of the Mexican migration phenomenon for US national security, and the negative impact of migration for the Mexican national security. Finally, the author offers several alternatives to face pressures of the US government. ; Este artículo desarrolla cuatro apartados que tienen un carácter aproximativo. En primer lugar intenta mostrar el entorno global donde se ubica el tema migratorio mexicano; en un segundo momento ofrece las concepciones y acciones divergentes sobre la actual migración mexicana a Estados Unidos. Más adelante aborda los impactos positivos de la migración para la seguridad nacional mexicana. Por último, se ofrecen algunas vías alternativas para hacer frente a las presiones del gobierno estadounidense.
