نبذة مختصرة : Работа посвящена заболеваемости сахарным диабетом (СД) по данным обращаемости населения в амбулаторно-поликлинические учреждения в период 2002-2022 гг. в регионе Приволжского федерального округа с населением более 700 тыс. жителей. Исследовали наиболее распространенные формы сахарного диабета: инсулинозависимый и инсулинонезависимый. Рассмотрены ведущие причины заболевания, широкого распространения и неблагоприятные исходы. Освящена приверженность пациентов к ведению здорового образа жизни, в том числе и к систематическим медицинским осмотрам, диспансеризации и лечению. Отмечены положительные результаты государственных мероприятий по профилактике и своевременной диагностике преддиабетных состояний. ... : The work is dedicated to the morbidity of diabetes mellitus (DM) according to the data on the population's attendance at outpatient clinics in the period 2002-2022 in the region of the Volga Federal District with a population of more than 700 thousand inhabitants. The most common forms of diabetes mellitus were studied: insulin-dependent and insulin-independent. The leading causes of the disease, widespread prevalence and unfavourable outcomes were analysed. The commitment of patients to leading a healthy lifestyle, including systematic medical examinations, dispensary and treatment, is highlighted. The positive results of state measures on prevention and timely diagnosis of pre-diabetes are noted. ...
