نبذة مختصرة : The article discusses the features of educational services for persons with disabilities, studied the stages of educational services to the Russian people with disabilities. The author examines the factors affecting the quality of each of the stages, and proposes ways to improve them. ; В статье рассматриваются особеннос-ти предоставления образовательной услуги для лиц с ограниченными воз-можностями здоровья, изучаются эта-пы предоставления образовательной услуги российским инвалидам. Автор исследует факторы, влияющие на ка-чество каждого из этапов, и предлагает пути их совершенствования.
