نبذة مختصرة : Initial ontological principles of Nicholas of Cusa and relative ontology are really close. In both cases existence and a non-ex-istence is connected with an inequality and equality. According to Nicholas of Cusa equality is existence. Firstly, in relative ontology the inequality and equality are criteria of existence-nonexistence. Secondly, in both cases of the mathematician there is a necessary part of ontology (or theology according to Nicholas). Th e diff erence is that Cusanus`s mathematics is mathematics of extent. In relative ontology the mathematics does not depend on quali-ties of the thing. In the third, in both philosophical concepts ontology it is narrowly connected with theology. Character of communication is distin-guished. According to Cusanus God is initial one. In relative ontology God is a result of development of the world. In both cases God is a change limit.
