Pengaruh Hipnoterapi Terhadap Tingkat Kecemasan Pra Sirkumsisi pada Anak Laki-Laki Usia 8-12 Tahun di Rumah Sunat Modern Tangerang

Circumcision is the act of removing the prepusium (foreskin), namely the skin covering the glans penis, for religious or health purposes. The effect of hypnotherapy on the level of pre-circumcision anxiety in children aged 8-12 years at the Tangerang Modern Circumcision Hospital in 2023. Hypnotherapy by providing positive suggestions is expected to be able to reduce anxiety in pre-circumcision children, because hypnotherapy can provide suggestions in influencing nature aware of someone to increase motivation. This study used a quasi-experimental research method with the One Group Pretest – Posttest design. This research was conducted at the Tangerang Modern Circumcision House, while the research was carried out on January 3 2023 – January 17 2023. The population in this study was 50 people who were obtained during October-December 2022. Respondents in this study were 20 people. The study sample was all circumcision patients who met the study inclusion criteria within a certain period of time according to the researchers' determination. The sampling technique used in this study is a non-probability sampling technique with an accidental sampling approach which is limited to 2 weeks. Based on Independent T-test results obtained a P Value <0.005 of 0.000. There is an effect of treatment before and after hypnotherapy. which means there is a significant difference in anxiety in pre-circumcision patients before being given hypnotherapy and after being given hypnotherapy.
