Impacto da Covid-19 na ocupação e renda

This monograph aims to demonstrate the impact caused by the pandemic on individual microentrepreneurs and formal workers in the State of Rio Grande do Norte, where we observe the financial and occupational impact on formal and informal workers. The bibliographic research was carried out using scientific articles, documentaries, statistical data and final works from other courses, with the main reference being Individual Microentrepreneurs (MEI): Analysis of Financial Impacts on the General Social Security Regime (RGPS) by Fábio Serafim. The methodology used was through data collection from the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE) and the Continuous National Household Sample Survey (continuous PNAD), from the Federal Revenue, among others. The main results were: The stability of the informality rate contrasts with the challenges faced by formal jobs, highlighting the resilience of the informal sector. The significant increase in Individual Microentrepreneurs (MEIs) reveals the search for alternative income after the loss of formal jobs, reflecting the adaptability of workers. The variation in income between formal and informal forms suggests changes in the dynamics of the labor market. These insights guide policies to promote economic stability and encourage the transition to more secure jobs, contributing to a stable work environment, even in challenging contexts. ; Esta monografia tem o intuito de demonstrar o impacto ocasionado pela pandemia aos microempreendedores individuais e trabalhadores de carteira assinada do Estado do Rio Grande do Norte, onde observamos o impacto financeiro e ocupacional aos trabalhadores formais e informais ampliados.
