      As discussões mediadas pelas teorias curriculares, críticas e pós-críticas destacam que o Currículo e escola não devem ser conduzidos de forma isolada. O objetivo deste artigo é discutir as implicações práticas que foram vivenciadas a partir do olhar docente para o diálogo entre a escola e o Currículo na Educação Básica. Por meio do método de observação, a pesquisa qualitativa foi realizada por dois professores em duas escolas da rede Estadual de Ensino, no Estado do Espírito Santo. As reflexões tecidas ao longo desta pesquisa direcionam de forma teórica um olhar necessário para as relações que são vivenciadas no cotidiano escolar, ao fomentar desta forma a discussão de qual Currículo queremos ao questionar que escolas pretendemos ter. Concluindo assim, que embora seja um espaço de conflitos o Currículo e escola juntos devem percorrer por espaços que permitam que os conduzam a atitudes práticas no ambiente escolar. ; The discussions mediated by critical and post-critical curriculum theories highlight that the curriculum and school should not be conducted in isolation. The objective of this article is to discuss the practical implications that were experienced from the teachers' point of view for the dialogue between the school and the curriculum in Basic Education. Using the observation method, the qualitative research was carried out by two teachers in two schools of the State Education system, in the State of Espírito Santo. The reflections made throughout this research direct in a theoretical way a necessary look to the relationships that are experienced in everyday life at school, thus fostering the discussion of what kind of curriculum we want by questioning which schools we intend to have.
