The Chilean Ministry of Health has indicated the change in the traceability mechanism of those infected by COVID-19 as of January 20, 2022, one of the measures being the implementation of self-traceability. It is the people confirmed with COVID-19 who must communicate to others, carry out traceability with those who had close contact. On the other hand, those people who are informed of the risk are categorized as “persons on COVID alert”. ; El Ministerio de Salud chileno ha indicado el cambio en el mecanismo de trazabilidad de contagiados por COVID-19 a partir del 20 de enero de 2022, siendo una de las medidas la implementación del autotrazabilidad. Son las personas confirmadas de COVID-19 las que deben comunicar a otros, realizar la trazabilidad con quienes tuvieron contacto estrecho. Por otra parte, aquellas personas que son informadas del riesgo son categorizadas como “persona en alerta de COVID”.
