This modification can be attained through surface coating accomplished by fabricating thin films. Typically, thin films are fabricated by two method includes physical vapours deposition (PVD) and chemical vapours deposition (CVD). The Aerosol Assisted Chemical Vapor Deposition (AACVD) is the versatile method used for deposition of thin films.
