      The present investigation in the English subject shows insufficiencies in the development of the basic skills (reading, writing, addition and oral expression) to achieve a correct communication through the use of the English Language, which constitutes the purpose of the same. The aforementioned difficulty has been maintained over the years and although the main objective of this subject at this level had been based fundamentally on the understanding of texts, at present a greater importance has been given to the development of communication (about all oral) to be used in various contexts where the student interacts. The reality is that they show greater difficulty in intonation, rhythm, and accent, deficient articulation of sounds, poverty in the vocabulary and in the grammatical structures and of the communicative functions. This makes it difficult for teachers to work because they do not have the skills of the language in question, for their use for communicative purposes. The work that is presented has among its objectives to develop activities to develop oral expression skills in the English language in high school students with the use of ICTs. The use of theoretical, empirical and statistical methods allowed the systematization and the logical-historical study of the development of English, as well as to penetrate in the determination of the theoretical budgets for the solution of the problem and make generalizations with respect to the theoretical positions.
