نبذة مختصرة : Breve reflexión a partir del origen histórico-arqueológico del patio urbano, en sus diversas modalidades, con perspectiva diacrónica y particular atención a la ciudad de Córdoba. Se analizan los patios como legado patrimonial y fenómeno turístico, incidiendo en sus valores y también en las amenazas que cuestionan gravemente la fiesta homónima y los hace peligrar como valor material e inmaterial, íntimamente ligados a determinadas expresiones arquitectónicas y, más en concreto, a un concepto y una forma específicos de vida, en el marco de la ciudad histórica en abstracto. Finalmente, se incide en el papel que desempeñan como seña de identidad, factor idiosincrásico y recurso propio, invocando la responsabilidad colectiva a la hora de propiciar con urgencia el consenso entre todos los agentes implicados, a fin de buscar para ellos nuevos modelos que huyan de la instrumentalización. ; This works offers an reflection on the historical and archaeological origin of the urban patio, in its various forms and with a diachronic perspective, from its first manifestations until today and with particular attention paid to the city Córdoba. Together with this, patios are analyzed both as heritage legacy and touristic attraction, highlighting their values but also the threats that are seriously menacing the homonimous festivity and are endangering their material and intangible values. These are intimately linked to certain architectural expressions and, more specifically, to a very particular concept and way of life. Finally, this work also stresses the role that patios play as identity hallmark, idiosyncratic factor and own resource, invoking the collective responsibility in encouraging a city pact. This pact should be at the basis of a strategic master plan agreed among all the agents involved, which should look for new ways of future for the patios, far from the simple and wild instrumentalization.
