      Treball Final de Màster Universitari en Psicologia General Sanitària. Codi: SBF018. Curs: 2017/2018 ; Introduction : Food Behavior Disorders are considered an important health problem in developed societies and adolescent population, both for their epidemiological relevance, as well as for the physical, psychological and social consequences. Objective: To develop prevention program of Food Behavior Disorder in the school environment, aimed at adolescents . Method: First a bibliographical review was car ried out with regard to the Food Behavior Disorder and different programs of prevention of these disorders. Subsequently, a proposed prevention program was developed which consists of 8 psycho - educational sessions where different activities of group dynamization will be used. Topics to work will be: 1) nutrition and healthy exercise; 2) image and critique of the aesthetic model; 3) Self - concept and esteem; 4) Assertiveness and social skil ls. In order to validate the proposal developed, an evaluation was carried out by expert judgement. Results: The valuation of the proposal was very positive, although some changes should be made to increase the effectiveness of the programme. Conclusions: The program should make some improvements to improve its effectiveness: increase awareness and information about food problems in families and teachers, introduce emotional management in sessions, use images that impact Adolescents or betting on non - specif ic prevention rather than specific. ; Introducción: Los Trastornos de Conducta Alimentaria (TCA) se consideran un importante problema de salud en socied ades desarrolladas y población adolescente , tanto por su relevancia epidemiológica , como por las consecuencias físicas , psicológicas y sociales que conllevan.
