نبذة مختصرة : The article seeks to analyze the current challenge of youth organizations alongside mass movements in the country, analyzing the importance of these organizations in social struggles and in the construction of combative tools in the current neoliberal offensive, demonstrating the organizational forms of these collectives and their educational and political in the mass movement. The theoretical and methodological paths of this study relied on the foundations of Historical and Dialectic Materialism, in collaboration with the data triangulation method and content analysis. It is concluded that youth organizations occupy a central place in the mass movement, such as: in their more systematic resumption of these events; in guaranteeing continuity in the historical trajectory of the theory of political organization, at the same time as an invigorating force for possible ruptures in the elaboration of new understandings about the world; and as one of the main forces in youth agitation, propaganda and political formation. ; A pesquisa teve como objetivo identificar a percepção de docentes e discentes sobre as relações intergeracionais, a comunicação e o clima organizacional entre as gerações que convivem em sala de aula. Assim, apresentou-se como problema de pesquisa: o relacionamento intergeracional, resultante da diversidade geracional, impacta o clima vigente em sala de aula? A pesquisa foi desenvolvida em uma instituição de ensino profissional e técnico no curso modular em Técnico de Recursos Humanos. Foram aplicados questionários a docentes e discentes, sob o enfoque da escala Likert, a partir dos quais se buscou captar a percepção dos sujeitos de pesquisa por meio de um estudo quantitativo. Em termos de considerações finais, constatou-se que a harmonia e o processo de comunicação são percebidos de maneiras distintas por professores e alunos, concluindo-se que não há uniformidade na percepção do clima organizacional no contexto em pauta.
