Aquest treball té per objectiu realizar una anàlisi dels avenços en l’adopció de l’aprenentatge servei a la Universidad Católica de la Santísima Concepción per donar a conèixer el seu nivell d’institucionalització i com s’ha implementat. La metodologia va incloure l’aplicació de la rúbrica d’institucionalització proposada per Furco i la rúbrica d’avaluació dels projectes d’aprenentatge servei elaborada pel GREM de la Universitat de Barcelona. La població enquestada va incloure membres de la Comisió d’Aprenentatge Servei institucional, docents que han aplicat la metodologia d’aprenentatge servei, estudiants i socis comunitaris. A més, s’han realitzat dos grups focals per a complementar la informació obtinguda. En la mesura que es consolida l’aprenentatge servei s’espera incorporar mecanismes de monitoreig dels avenços de la seva institucionalització i avaluació de la qualitat i impacte dels projectes desenvolupats, tant en la formació dels estudiants com en les comunitats beneficiades. ; This paper aims to study the progress made in the implementation of service-learning at the Catholic University of the Santísima Concepción (UCSC) to know its level of institutionalisation and how it has been implemented. The methodology included using the institutionalisation rubric proposed by Furco and the evaluation rubric for service-learning projects developed by the GREM of the University of Barcelona. The population surveyed included members of the institutional Service-Learning Commission, teachers who had applied the Service-Learning methodology, students and community partners. In addition, two focus groups were conducted to complement the information obtained.
