    • نبذة مختصرة :
Interventions are being developed that aim to improve the functional status of seniors. Declining physical capacity with age leads to progressive impairment of muscle strength, coordination and balance, leading to an increased risk of falls (Thomas et al. 2019). Immobility has an impact on the reduction of body functions and this negatively affects human health. The purpose of the conducted study is to evaluate the effect of balance and coordination exercises on fall risk management in seniors. Research methods: literature analysis, testing and data analysis. It has been found that body posture changes and balance control decreases with age. The conducted study showed that the 6-week physiotherapy program was effective, improved the static and dynamic balance of the elderly subjects, and reduced the risk of falling.
