      The SARS-COV-2 pandemic shook the structures of the world and companies. Engagement actions at work could no longer be carried out in person. Thus, this work evaluates the maintenance of engagement using as a basis the case study of a company in the health sector based in Brazil, a subsidiary of a Dutch multinational, seeking to understand if it is possible to maintain employee engagement, even in a work format from a distance. An exploratory and descriptive research is adopted, in which data from interviews directed to employees are analyzed every six months between December 2019 and June 2021. As results achieved, the maintenance of a high level of employee engagement was verified, especially after they viewed the importance of its activities during the pandemic period. In addition, the crisis committee developed methods that provided moments of interaction between employees, such as conversations and exchanges of experiences that detected problems, such as irregular eating and sleeping, lack of physical exercise, difficulty in organizing the agenda with work and activities domestic. The organization developed an agenda, with topics proposed by employees, such as health and well-being, where professionals and even employees with experience in the area could interact with the team, providing moments of relaxation. ; A pandemia da SARS-COV-2, balançou as estruturas do mundo e das empresas.
