نبذة مختصرة : This article aims to present a literature review on human rights and violence against women in teacher training focused on Basic Education. Seek to map teaching formations that have addressed violence against women, considered a violation of human rights. For this, analyzed Stricto Sensu research present in the Capes theses and dissertations catalog, from 2016 to 2021. Based on the bibliographic survey, to systematize the qualitative analysis of this research, developed categories of analysis (BARDIN, 2011) that correlate the scientific production of the topic in focus, namely: A) Human rights, education and pedagogical pratices; B) Human rights, education and teacher training. The results of the surveys listed, in this database, they bring discussions about education in human rights and gender, however, there is no specificity on the theme of violence against women. ; Esse artigo objetiva apresentar uma revisão de literatura sobre direitos humanos e violência contra as mulheres na formação docente voltada à Educação Básica. Busca-se mapear formações docentes que tenham abordado a violência contra a mulher, considerada uma violação dos direitos humanos. Para isso, analisa-se pesquisas Stricto Sensu presentes no catálogo de teses e dissertações da Capes, no período de 2016 a 2021. Com base no levantamento bibliográfico, para sistematizar a análise qualitativa dessa pesquisa, foram elaboradas categorias de análise (BARDIN, 2011) que correlacionam a produção científica do tema em foco, a saber: A) Direitos humanos, educação e práticas pedagógicas; B) Direitos humanos, educação e formação docente. Os resultados das pesquisas elencadas, neste banco de dados, trazem discussões sobre educação em direitos humanos e gênero, no entanto não tem uma especificidade sobre a temática violência contra a mulher.
