      This essay is born from the need and questions of the authors in the field of professional work of Initial Teacher Training (FID) in Pedagogy in Physical Education (PEF) and Human Training, it seeks to link these two concepts with the aim of stressing the FID processes in PEF in an "other" way from new possibilities. An FID in PEF "another" intended from a more human, felt and situated perspective will allow us to re-orient the training of future PEF teachers based on the current demands that are required to impact the teaching-learning processes aiming to develop transcendental levels in the school context, thus enduring over time the learning developed and, on the other hand, strengthening FID from a human component that goes beyond the pedagogical and/or disciplinary only ; Este ensaio nasce da necessidade e questionamentos dos autores no campo de atuação profissional da Formação Inicial de Professores (FID) em Pedagogia em Educação Física (PEF) e Formação Humana, busca articular esses dois conceitos com o objetivo de enfatizando os processos de FID no PEF de uma forma “outra” a partir de novas possibilidades. Um FID no PEF “outro” pensado a partir de uma perspectiva mais humana, sentida e situada nos permitirá reorientar a formação dos futuros professores do FEP a partir das demandas atuais que são necessárias para impactar os processos de ensino-aprendizagem visando desenvolver níveis transcendentais no contexto escolar, perdurando assim ao longo do tempo as aprendizagens desenvolvidas e, por outro lado, fortalecendo a FID a partir de uma componente humana que vai para além da meramente pedagógica e/ou disciplinar.
