Aderência dos princípios fair no contexto da literatura envolvendo as vacinas contra a Covid-19

The management of research data is an essential process for every scientific research project. In this context, the Findable, Accessible, Interoperable and Reusable (FAIR) standard was developed, which aims to improve the location, access, interoperability and reuse of data from a sharing perspective. This research is defined as a general objective, to analyze how the applicability of the FAIR Data BR tool is being implemented in the data sets aimed at the areas of Health and Information Science that address vaccines against COVID-19. The methodology is based on bibliographic, exploratory research and a mixed approach, having been carried out in four stages: (i) Analysis of approaches on scientific data management and understanding of FAIR principles making a link with the area of Information Science; (ii) analysis of a data set before the adherence principles Fair Data BR, then experimenting the verification tool, developed within the scope of the research group Web, Representation of Knowledge and Ontologies (WRCO) of the Federal University of Paraíba, data extraction using the Dataset Search mechanism and by means of the keywords: VACCINE AND COVID; (iii) processing and interpretation of the data; and (iv) proposing recommendations for a better adequacy of the data to the FAIR principles. Results: Comparing the four categories, it was observed that there was greater adherence regarding reuse and access than interoperability and localization. Such diagnosis leads us to argue that the data are more reusable, however, they are not as interoperable, and have good access, but are not so easy to locate. It is concluded that the Fair Data BR tool has some adherence in the repositories investigated that address the vaccines against COVID-19, showing satisfactory uses, although some deficiencies in the data management have been identified. ; Nenhuma ; A gestão de dados de pesquisa é um processo essencial para todo projeto de investigação científica.
