Contextualizando la interacción humano-robot: ¿Modifica el contexto las preferencias por entes artificiales?

[spa] El estudio de la Interacción Humano-Robot (IHR) resulta de vital importancia a la hora de diseñar robots que sean aceptados por la sociedad. En aras a contribuir a la exploración de los factores humanos que intervienen en la IHR, el enfoque principal de este estudio ha sido analizar si la preferencia por entidades artificiales que difieren en su apariencia humana cambia según el contexto en el que se presenta. En concreto, se examina la influencia que puede tener la percepción del riesgo introducida a través de las Leyes de Asimov, el género del robot y del participante, así como distintos aspectos del entorno ambiental o social. Los resultados parecen sugerir que en todos los puntos anteriores, en ciertas situaciones, el contexto efectivamente modifica nuestras elecciones. ; [eng] The study of Human-Robot Interaction (HRI) is crucial in designing robots that are socially acceptable. In order to contribute to the exploration of the human factors involved in HRI, the main objective of this paper has been to test whether the preference for artificial entities with different human likeness changes according to the context in which they are presented. Specifically, we focus on analyzing the influence that perceived risk may have depending on the certainty that the artificial entities comply with Asimov's laws, as well as on the study of both the gender of the robot and the participant, and different aspects of the environmental, social and professional context. The results suggest that in all the previous points, in certain situations, the context does modify our choices.
