Dimensões do cuidado à saúde da população LGBTQIA+ ofertado pelos profissionais de saúde

Objective: To systematize the knowledge produced about the care provided by health professionals to the LGBTQIA+ population in terms of their particularities. Methods: This is a descriptive study, in the type of integrative review of the literature, carried out in the period of December 2022 through a bibliographical survey in the following databases Literature Latin-American and Caribbean in Sciences, Base de Dados em Enfermagem e Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online using PubMed, Coordination of Superior Level Staff portal, Virtual Health Library e Scientific Electronic Library Online. Results: The sample is composed of 11 scientific articles, included according to the application of the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Through analysis of the results, 2 thematic categories emerged: “production of care provided by health professionals to the LGBTQIA+ population and its specificities” and “dimensions of access to health services”. Final considerations: Findings in the literature show that the health care of the LGBTQIA+ population offered by health professionals is based on unpreparedness to meet the specificities of this population, which compromises overall health, in addition to leading to their withdrawal from health services. ; ZF_Sachs do Brasil ; Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Graduação) ; Objetivo: Sistematizar o conhecimento produzido acerca do cuidado prestado por profissionais de saúde à população LGBTQIA + quanto a suas particularidades.
