      Obesity has a chronic, multifactorial nature, with the characteristic that an excess amount of body adipose tissue is harmful to health and promotes future risks. In 2020, there was a global prevalence of obesity among children, where 40 million children and adolescents between 5 and 19 years of age were diagnosed with overweight or obese, thus configuring an epidemiological scenario in relation to global public health. This study aims to survey primary studies in the scientific literature on intervention techniques used in the treatment of children with obesity monitored in Primary Health Care, and to characterize the primary studies collected in the literature. This is an integrative review of the literature on interventions used in the management of childhood obesity. The search and screening of studies took place from January 2023 to June 2023. The following databases were accessed via the internet: Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online via the National Library of Medicine National Institutes of Health; Web Of Science; Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature; Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences, and Nursing Database. It is concluded that facilitated access to the scope of Primary Health Care, guidance and teaching positive techniques to parents, family and friend engagement in physical exercise activities, as well as the proportion of a non-obesogenic environment in schools and at home are interventional ways of managing obesity in children that have shown important positive results. ; A obesidade possui caráter crônico multifatorial, tendo como característica a quantidade em excesso de tecido adiposo corporal sendo de malefício à saúde e promovendo riscos futuros.
