نبذة مختصرة : The "Redefinition of the Student Handbook: an opportunity to prevent bullying in the educational institution Adiela of Armenia, Quindío, Colombia" is an intervention aimed at formulating strategies to engage the articulated and intentional participation of parents and mothers, teachers, principals and other organizations in prevention, school conflicts that arise in everyday life of the school to intervene, so that they can innovate and generate educational processes school management that contributes to the construction and consolidation of an organizational culture directed to the prevention of bullying. It is expected to achieve the reduction in the number of cases of bullying and abuse, a greater commitment from educators, parents and mothers, teachers and principals and other organizations, in a related work in promoting care, prevention, care and monitor cases of bullying and a permanent improvement in school climate that can be measurable, verifiable and quantifiable, given statistics that are baseline measurement and other data from research and surveys to municipal, departmental, nationally and internationally. ; La "Resignificación del Manual de Convivencia: una oportunidad para prevenir el Acoso Escolar en la Institución Educativa La Adiela de Armenia, Quindío, Colombia" es una propuesta de intervención que tiene por objeto la formulación de estrategias que comprometan la participación articulada e intencionada de padres y madres de familia, docentes, directivos y de otras organizaciones, en la prevención, de conflictos escolares que se presentan en la cotidianidad del centro educativo a intervenir, de tal manera que se puedan innovar procesos educativos y generar una gestión escolar que contribuya a la construcción y consolidación de una cultura organizacional direccionada a la prevención del acoso escolar.
