From CSR to employer social Responsability ; De la RSE à la responsabilité sociale desemployeurs

International audience ; The concept of corporate social responsibility (CSR) comes from managementsciences. Its translation in the legal field is the social responsibility of employers imposingconcrete obligations on them. It is a question here in particular of the obligation of safety atwork which enjoins the employer to take measures aimed at preventing the realization of therisks which weigh on the health of the employees understood in the broad sense: physical andmental. Today, the importance of this safety obligation is such that it implies a total investmentof employers in prevention actions at work and invites to rethink the organization of work tomove towards this objective. ; Le concept de responsabilité sociale des entreprises (RSE) est issu des sciences de gestion. Sa traduction dans le champ juridique est la responsabilité sociale des employeurs leur imposant des obligations concrètes. Il est question en particulier de l'obligation de sécurité au travail qui enjoint à l'employeur de prendre des mesures visant à prévenir la réalisation des risques qui pèsent sur la santé des salariés entendue au sens large : physique et mentale. Aujourd'hui, l'importance de cette obligation de sécurité est telle qu'elle implique un investissement total des employeurs dans les actions de prévention au travail et invite à repenser l'organisation du travail pour tendre vers cet objectif.
