In analyzing, the factors that contribute to development of a sense of belonging of the teachers, other possibilities can to have, or reaffirmed. Then, this process occurs in more appropriate manner. When they become aware of situations experienced, it also enables the analysis, reflection and proposing alternatives for improvement. In developing their work, teachers interact with different situations that may favor or don´t for belong to the profession, especially for teachers who are new in school. Therefore, this research is with the contributions of the school management for beginners teachers in school and is characterized by a qualitative approach. It´s a specific case study. The interlocutors are teachers from public schools in Santa Maria, they was interviews. The data production and analysis was as proposed by Content Analysis. The analysis indicates key elements for the elaboration of the professional sense of belonging. These elements are the reaction of the group and recognition the work of beginning teachers, and, on the other hand, show the difficulties that are still present in the integration process, specially about spaces for participation. It is an important study to deepen reflections in the educational field on the professional activity of teachers in their work context and considering its implications, then it’s possible to be more aware of the processes and experiences of management and, consequently, an attitude most appropriate by educational intentions and favorable to the work of teachers. ; O trabalho dos professores é um dos fatores intrínsecos à educação escolar, sendo pertinente a ...
