A foucauldian analysis of the concept of recognizing the right of sexualities ; Uma análise foucaultiana do conceito do reconhecimento do direito das sexualidades

This study aims to analyze, based on Michel Foucault's contribution, the redefinition of the concept of recognition of the right to sexualities. For this, it uses the research technique of indirect documentation of the bibliographic review. Thus, a bibliographic review is carried out fundamentally anchored in the contribution of Michel Foucault (1999, 2005, 2010, 2014a, 2014b). Therefore, this writing, in addition to having an introduction and final considerations initially, is structured in two moments. Initially, the category of sexualities is redefined, based on Foucault's contribution, and then the redefinition and restructuring, based on Foucault, of the conception of recognition of the right to sexualities is analyzed. Finally, it is argued that, following the Foucaultian bases, it is essential to rethink sexualities beyond the discursive system of truths built in Western society, so that, from there, one can move towards the re-signification of the concept of recognition of the right of sexualities from emancipatory and plural bases. ; Este estudo tem como objetivo analisar a partir do aporte de Michel Foucault a reestruturação do conceito do reconhecimento do direito das sexualidades. Para isso, vale-se da técnica da pesquisa da documentação indireta da revisão bibliográfica. Assim, realiza-se uma revisão bibliográfica ancorada fundamentalmente no aporte de Michel Foucault (1999, 2005, 2010, 2014a, 2014b). Para tanto, este escrito, além de contar com uma introdução e considerações finais inicialmente, estrutura-se em dois momentos. Inicialmente, repensa-se, a partir do aporte foucaultiano, a categoria das sexualidades e, em seguida, analisa-se a redefinição e reestruturação, a partir de Foucault, da concepção do reconhecimento do direito das sexualidades.
