Implantação da gestão de documentos no arquivo de recursos humanos de uma construtora de edificações habitacional na cidade de João Pessoa

The present article aims discusses document management and its tools, as an essential tool for document collection, information retrieval and mediation for managers' decision making. The analyzed archive is under the custody of the Housing Construction Company, located in the city of João Pessoa, PB. In this article we will also discuss concepts of document management and its constituent elements, as well as presenting a brief history of Human Resources. For this approach was carried out a literary review on the topic in authors such as: Schellenberg (2006), Belloto (2006), Paes (2004), and others that served as theoretical reference. It is a bibliographical research, with case study approach, whose action is the identification of the documentary typologies existing in the HR file as, application of the classification plan and suggestion of implementation of the temporality table. With the result of this research, we believe that the use of these tools can contribute to improve the documentary treatment at the core of its production, use, evaluation, preservation of the documents that are under the custody of the Construction Company. ; O trabalho discute a gestão documental e suas ferramentas, como instrumento imprescindível para organização do acervo documental, recuperação da informação e mediação para tomada de decisões dos gestores. O arquivo analisado está sob a custódia da Construtora de Edificações Habitacional, localizada na cidade de João Pessoa, PB. Neste trabalho discutiremos também, conceitos de gestão de documentos e seus elementos constitutivos, além de apresentar um breve histórico sobre Recursos Humanos. Para esta abordagem foi realizada uma revisão literária sobre o tema em autores como: Schellenberg (2006), Belloto (2006), Paes (2004), e outros que serviram como referencial teórico.
