; The inability to adapt to the new business model generated from the COVID-19 pandemic, generated in PYMEs a generalized loss of customers, a decrease in worker productivity, and difficulties to compete and analyze market trends. This study presents a proposal oriented to use agile methodologies as a powerful tool not only to increase the productive capacity of PYMEs in the IT sector in Colombia, mainly software developers, but also to increase their competitive capacity by integrating technology and implementing cloud services, to lead a data driven business model and to manage a more active participation in digital platforms. ; Especialización
