PEMILIHAN MOTOR LISTRIK PENGGERAK PADA RANJANG BERPENGGERAK MOTOR LISTRIK DENGAN BANTUAN METODE DATUM SATU TINGKAT

Most hospitals in eastern Indonesia such as in North Sulawesi, are built on land that tends to be more broad than hospitals in Indonesia. Thus, the hospital building is made to spread horizontally instead of vertical. This means that mobilize of patients from one room to another is done by medical staff pushing the patient's bed. The activity of pushing the patient's bed is one of the activities that is quite upheaval. It can reduce the concentration of medical personnel. Electric motor driving beds greatly saves energy so the concentration of medical personnel can be maintained longer. Therefore, this study aims to design an electric motor moving bed. However, this research can still be categorized as a proof-of-conept of the function of the electric motor. In this study, the suitability of the specifications of the four types and brands of electric motors was analyzed. Each specifications compared to standard conditions and comfort. The four types and brands of electric motors are then compared with the Datum Method. Types and brands of electric motors that get the highest score selected. The type and brand of electric motors that get the highest score is an electric motor called ML04. The weight of ML04 is 2.9 kg and on June 10, 2024, valued at Rp. 2,850,000. The maximum power of ML04 is 25 watts at 4000 rpm.
